How We Rate: 100+ Data Points Behind Every Score
Every casino is evaluated across 100+ data points, including licensing, payout speed, bonus value, payment options, UX, and player feedback. No paid placements, just data
What We Measure and How
Every casino is scored across six independent metrics. Each one uses different data sources, scoring rules, and calculations to measure a specific part of the player experience
Trust & Reliability Score
Evaluates licensing strength, Terms & Conditions fairness, and customer support quality
Every regulator receives its own weight based on oversight standards, player protection, dispute resolution, and compliance requirements. The strongest verified license determines the final license score
The casino's license score equals the highest weight among all its verified licenses. Multiple licenses don't stack — only the strongest one counts.
Our system reviews Terms & Conditions for restrictive, misleading, or unfair clauses. The score starts at 100 and penalties are applied for every detected issue
Terms are regularly rechecked and historical snapshots are stored. This allows us to track changes over time and update scores when important conditions change
Support quality is measured through response availability, contact channels, transparency, and accessibility. Each support factor contributes to the final score equally
Formula: (number of flags met ÷ 5) × 100 = CS Score
Fair Bonuses Score
Measures the real value of casino bonuses, not just the advertised amount
Best welcome bonus (or best of any type if none). Each individual bonus is scored, then one brand-level FBS is computed.
We score the actual value of each bonus component. Missing data does not reduce the score, only available fields are evaluated
All bonus values are converted to AUD before scoring, allowing fair comparisons across different currencies and markets
We review wagering rules, cashout limits, betting restrictions, deposit requirements, and bonus deadlines to measure how easy a bonus is to use
The same wagering requirement can have different difficulty levels depending on where it applies. We calculate the effective wagering requirement
30x on Deposit + Bonus equals 60x effective wagering, while 30x on Bonus only remains 30x
Penalty points apply when important bonus information is missing or when restrictive conditions significantly reduce bonus value
Bonus type multipliers — final adjustment by bonus category:
Payout Speed Score
How fast your winnings reach your account after a withdrawal request
The fastest available withdrawal method determines the final PSS
Payment Convenience Value
Scores the quality and variety of payment options
Payment methods are grouped into tiers based on popularity and relevance. Higher tiers contribute more points
Casinos supporting PayID for both deposit and withdrawal get an extended scoring cap of up to 80 points total.
UX & Mobile Score
Measures how smooth, fast, and intuitive the casino experience is across desktop and mobile
Weekly Google Lighthouse audits measure performance and mobile usability. Core Web Vitals directly affect the score
Our analysts test navigation, game search, and registration experience across desktop and mobile devices
Customer Reviews Aggregated
Combines CasinoAudit and external ratings into a single player satisfaction score
CRA combines CasinoAudit reviews with ratings from external review platforms
CRA = ( 5 × InternalScore + 95 × ExternalScore ) / 100
If one source has no data, the other source receives the full weight
CasinoAudit ratings use a 1–100 scale. Scores are averaged and limited by review volume
InternalScore = min( avg(ratings), volume_cap )
Review volume limits prevent a small number of ratings from producing a perfect score
External ratings are normalized to a 0–100 scale before averaging across platforms
ExternalScore = avg( source_rating / scale_max × 100 )
External sources tracked (7):
New sources are discovered and added automatically as they become available. Not every casino will have ratings on every platform.
External ratings may vary due to different scales, moderation policies, and update schedules
